Storm Computing Systems has designed and hosted online surveys for a variety of clients, using our ASP software systems. Our approach to design, hosting and administration allows for a simple hotlink from the client site advertising the survey to our servers carrying their text, banners, and perhaps sponsors. Survey responses are automatically forwarded to a client supplied e-mail address - it is that simple when the basic survey option is exercised. In addition to design and hosting, we also offer data analysis and summary options for those clients who wish the survey to be completely turnkey. 

Survey costs start at under US $ 800 (including hosting for one month) for simple applications, and can range upwards of US $15,000 for complex surveys hosted and data-evaluated for 12 months. Multi-round surveys with password protected access for chosen respondents is also possible.
